Step 1
Consultation

Our initial meeting is focused on learning about you and making sure we are a great fit to serve as your financial advisor.
We will review your goals and investment comfort level, as well as all areas of your financial plan including assets, debts, income sources, trust/will documents and any other pertinent information. Our services and fee structures are also explained at this time.
Step 2
Presentation

In our second meeting, our presentation highlights customized strategies and products designed around your goals and risk tolerance. This way we ensure you can make confident, informed financial decisions.
We take time to explain the potential downsides, our rationale for the recommendation and any fees that may be associated.
Step 3
Implementation

A third meeting involves answering any remaining questions and completing necessary paperwork.
From this point our professional staff processes and tracks everything, making sure to keep you informed along the way. Your plan is now being put into action.
Step 4
Review

A review ensures your financial plan stays aligned with goals, evaluating progress, adjusting strategies, and addressing changes in your life or market conditions.
Our office proactively reaches out to our clients throughout the year to set up regular reviews.
We encourage our clients to set up an appointment, email or call us should any questions arise.

Once someone becomes a client, how do you interact with them?
Our office reaches out quarterly to set up a review for clients with a minimum of $100,000. In addition, emails are sent out regularly if there are any economic or market concerns.
Who do I contact if I have questions on my financial plan?
We encourage you to call the office or send us an email at any time if you have questions or concerns. We prioritize customer service and will always get back to you in a timely manner.
Do you offer reviews of existing portfolios not under your management?
Absolutely. Whether it be cost-efficiency, tax-efficiency or allocation questions, we are happy to review your current portfolio to ensure it is structured right for you.
